EMBISTEK provides a platform for academics, researchers, and practitioners to publish empirical and conceptual works that integrate economic development, Islamic values, and technological innovation to support sustainable growth.</p> Yayasan Azam Insan Cendikia en-US Jurnal Ekonomi Manajemen Bisnis Syariah dan Teknologi 2963-8984 https://embistek.org/jurnal/index.php/embistek/article/view/269 <p><strong><em>Abstrak. </em></strong><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan keuangan, persepsi risiko, religiusitas, dan </em><em>herding behavior</em><em> terhadap keputusan investasi saham syariah pada mahasiswa Galeri Investasi UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 150 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan keuangan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi. Sementara itu, persepsi risiko, religiusitas, dan </em><em>herding behavior</em><em> berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi. Secara simultan, seluruh variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi saham syariah. Nilai </em><em>Adjusted R Square</em><em> sebesar 0,709 menunjukkan bahwa variabel penelitian mampu menjelaskan keputusan investasi sebesar 70,9%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian.</em></p> <p> </p> Samratus Silmi Roza Linda Copyright (c) 2026 Jurnal Ekonomi Manajemen Bisnis Syariah dan Teknologi https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2026-02-27 2026-02-27 5 2 80 94 10.62833/embistek.v5i2.269 https://embistek.org/jurnal/index.php/embistek/article/view/280 <p><em>Persistent deficiencies in public sector asset governance represent a critical challenge for regional government accountability in Indonesia, as evidenced by recurring Qualified Opinions (WDP) issued by BPK RI. This study evaluates the effectiveness of five simultaneous digital asset management innovations implemented by the Riau Province Department of Environment and Forestry (DLHK) in 2024: drone mapping with geotagging, IoT-based patrol vehicle tracking, blockchain land archive digitization, inter-UPT asset sharing via SiLADU, and RFID smart labeling for laboratory equipment. Employing a qualitative descriptive-evaluative design with an embedded case study strategy, data were collected through documentary analysis, in-depth interviews with seven key informants, and non-participant observation, analyzed using Miles et al.'s (2014) interactive model. Findings reveal that pre-innovation asset management maturity stood at 1.8 (Aware level, IAM 2015), with KIB A accuracy of 61%, 1,200-hectare cadastral discrepancy, 30% equipment utilization, and 45% vehicle downtime. Post-innovation, maturity advanced to 3.1 (Competent), KIB A accuracy reached 98.9%, equipment utilization rose to 78%, and audit opinion improved from WDP to WTP — generating positive ROI within two years from a Rp1.2 billion investment.
