About the Journal
Jurmas Azam Insan Cendikia is published three times a year, in February, June, and October. This journal publishes scientific papers as the outcome of community service activities carried out by academics, researchers, and practitioners in various disciplines. It aims to promote the development and application of science and technology through models, concepts, and implementations of community service that contribute to improving public participation, empowerment, and sustainable development.
This journal is published by Yayasan Azam Cendikia and managed by its editorial board after a peer-review process by experts in related fields. The scope of this journal covers community service works in the areas of economics, education, Islamic studies, social sciences, health, business, and technology. The articles published may include activities such as economic empowerment, entrepreneurship development, educational innovation, health awareness, information system application, appropriate technology, and other community-based projects that generate social and practical benefits.
Authors are invited to submit manuscripts that fall within the scope of Jurmas Azam Insan Cendikia. The editorial process follows a double-blind peer-review system, where both reviewers and authors remain anonymous throughout the evaluation process. The final decision regarding the publication of manuscripts is the right of the Editorial Board, based on recommendations from peer reviewers and the overall quality of the manuscript.
Before submission, authors are expected to read and comply with the Author Guidelines and follow the journal’s manuscript template. Manuscripts that do not meet the formatting or referencing requirements will be returned prior to review. Only manuscripts that adhere to the specified submission standards will be considered for peer review.
Jurmas Azam Insan Cendikia maintains a strong commitment to publication ethics and academic integrity in accordance with the COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) standards. Every published article is expected to contribute to scientific understanding and provide practical solutions that support community development and societal progress.
ARCHIVING
This journal utilizes the LOCKSS and PKP PN (Public Knowledge Project Preservation Network) systems to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and institutions, ensuring permanent preservation and long-term access to the journal’s published content.
